Our Rugby site has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team on a full-time permanent basis.
Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 10am-9pm.
As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for overseeing main customer communications to enhance and improve service levels.
Key Duties:- Liaise daily with major retailers.
- Compare tracking data with customer platforms and update.
- Raise disparity between Warrens tracking and customer platforms internally and externally.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the business.
- Communicate using a variety of media with internal and external stakeholders any potential service issues.
- Collate and publish daily KPI reports internally and externally at scheduled times.
- Process information from suppliers.
- Attend internal operational meetings as required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of expertise in a busy and demanding environment.
- Strong team player as well as able to work on their own initiative.
