Job Description: Our Crick site has an exciting opportunity for an Export Administrator to join our friendly team on a full-time permanent basis. As an Export Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and progressing all orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer, together with all licence/export documentation and invoicing. Ensuring that high levels of productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm. Salary: £29,823 per annum.
Key Duties of an Export Administrator:
- Preparing export quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Dealing with all Distributors and Customers enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Arranging transport delivery and monitoring all shipments.
- Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export.
- Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
