Warrens Warehousing & Distribution in Crick is seeking an Engagement Co-ordinator on a full-time permanent basis. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to drive engagement and retention for both new and existing colleagues, from onboarding through their first impressions to ongoing experiences. You will collaborate across Warehouse operations, Transport, Stock, and Administration to improve the overall colleague journey.
