We would like to present you with an opportunity for an Engagement Co-ordinator to join our friendly team in Crick on a full-time permanent basis. Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
As an Engagement Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Leadership Team regarding engagement and retention for both new and existing colleagues. You will be involved from the colleague's initial onboarding, ensuring they receive an exceptional first impression and continued all-round great experience.
Key Duties of an Engagement Co-ordinator:
- Owning colleague engagement at all stages of the colleague life cycle for Warehouse, Transport, Stock and Administration, Planning, Customer/Client Support.
- Identify and suggest improvements in the all-round new starter experience utilising the data obtained from check-ins with colleagues.
- Ensure all colleagues are trained and have access to new platforms.
- Build trusting relationships with colleagues and actively seek feedback, escalating any issues to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Develop and implement effective site-wide internal communication strategies capturing all roles and colleagues (e.g., TV Screens/Noticeboards, Newsletters, Colleague of the Month).
- Collaborate with HR and Managers to coordinate, arrange and match in-house training opportunities with appropriate colleagues (e.g., on-site training initiatives, rise programme, D&A training).
- Accountable for developing and implementing innovative engagement initiatives, celebrating all cultures initiatives and events (e.g., Colleague Charity Events, Mental Health Day).
- Organise and ensure regular structured I&C meetings with Site Leadership Team and I&C Co-ordinators are conducted and outcomes communicated.
- Conduct weekly headcount reviews by shift to ensure recruitment supports operational requirements and maintain equal balance across the shifts.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable high energy and enthusiasm levels and passion for Culina Group and your site.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with people at all levels.
- A good standard of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Word and Excel or equivalent).
- Able to work as part of a team or individually.
- Results driven.
- Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- The ability to fit into and work in a close team environment.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and support the implementation of sustainable solutions.
