Join us in our stores in Truro and Threemilestone for approx. 12 hours per week over 3 days. The successful candidate must be available to work Saturdays. Our store is open every day Monday to Saturday, with operating hours from 9.00am to 17.00pm. The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours, across all seven days including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide brilliant customer service that leaves our customers smiling.
- Maintain our high standards in health, safety, and food hygiene.
- Bake off products as required.
- Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have with your product knowledge.
- Ensure stock levels are well maintained.
- Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring displays are well-presented.
- Promote our products and special offers.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
