We are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to join us in our Goodness Staple Hill restaurant in Trago Devon for approx. 5 days per week. Our restaurant is open every day of the week from 9am-4pm, however working hours for the role are 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours, across all seven days including weekends.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the restaurant’s daily operations, developing the team, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service, presentation, and hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain consistently high service standards.
  • Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
  • Develop sales by coaching team to display and merchandise stock, deliver excellent customer care, offering up selling where available at all times.
  • Continuously train all staff to the Company standards.
  • Liaise with the management teams to ensure production meets the needs of business at all times.
  • Maintain our high standards in health, safety, and food hygiene.
  • Motivate, drive and develop team members across the restaurant and kitchen.
  • Set up production levels in line with menu planning.
  • Identify ways to reduce waste with menu planning and ordering.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Due to the tasks involved within this role, you must be 18 or over.
