Warrenpoint Harbour Authority (WHA), due to successful internal promotion, is recruiting a permanent Deputy Harbour Master to join our busy team. The role will include managing WHA’s Marine Management System, managing Marine Operations and managing Marine Staff and Resources including Port Security. This is an excellent development opportunity for the right candidate.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Track record of learning new skills and successfully applying them.
  • Understanding of Marine Legislation.
  • Safety & Risk Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage, motivate and support operational teams and act as a leader in the Harbour Master’s absence.
