The Warren in Carmarthen is seeking a passionate wine lead to develop the wine side of our restaurant beyond a static list. You will curate seasonal, off-menu selections, film short explanations, and host ticketed tastings that pair with each menu.
You will shape the Warren wine list, build strong supplier relationships, run the Warren Wine Club evenings, and help educate staff and guests about natural, organic, low-intervention wines while sharing in the growth of the wine business.
