We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants who are motivated and friendly, with a passion for improving outcomes and life experiences for our pupils in the school with SLD and PMLD needs. The school is looking for a range of teaching assistants to help us deliver the curriculum and help our pupils achieve their potential. If you are a forward thinking, highly motivated teaching assistant with a passion for learning come and visit us to find out how we can make a difference together.
You will:
- have experience working with SEND students
- use a range of strategies to support a diverse range of complex needs
- have strong interpersonal skills and innovative techniques are essential
- support a rich, high quality, stimulating and enabling learning environment, where resources can be accessed appropriately by all pupils
- support each pupil to access a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum differentiated to meet individual needs
- use creative and diverse approaches to support the needs of all pupils and to develop a love of learning
- support tasks relating to \’real life\’ experiences
- be willing to share good practice
- be looking for a challenge
- be passionate about supporting learning characteristics in pupils
- be able to adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines
- be able to maintain confidentiality
- have a desire to participate in school and trust CPD opportunities
- have an awareness of Safeguarding

Qualifications:
SEND Experience
Grade C /4+ Mathematics and English
Good level of computer literacy
