We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Receptionist to join our team, based at Warren Mead Infant School. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, as you will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors to the school.
Warren Mead Infant and Junior Partnership is seeking a hard‐working and motivated individual to provide efficient reception and administrative support, ensuring a high‐quality service for our school community and the timely completion of key tasks. This is a busy and varied position suited to someone who is warm, welcoming, and able to remain calm while handling unexpected situations.
What we're looking for:
- Good general level of spoken and written English, with GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Confident administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- A friendly, welcoming and professional manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly reliable, discreet and able to handle sensitive information confidentially at all times.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a busy team, remaining calm and effective under pressure.
- Flexible, supportive and committed to safeguarding and maintaining appropriate boundaries with children and young people.

- Hours: 36.25hrs Monday – Friday 8:00am – 3:45pm (Term time 39 weeks)
