We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive team on a temporary basis. Your opportunity:
- Working under the direction of the Executive Headteacher, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning, both individually and in small groups, ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality, inclusive education.
- This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering planned lessons, supporting children with a range of needs, and committed to fostering a safe, engaging and positive learning environment.
- As part of GLF Schools, you'll also benefit from opportunities for professional development and collaboration across a wider network of supportive professionals.
Please note, you may also be required to work at Cuddington Croft Primary School, which forms part of our school cluster under the Executive Headteacher.
What we are looking for:
- Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification.
- Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning.
- Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.
- Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.

- FTE Salary: £27,061 – £27,784
- Pro Rata Salary: £24,088.77 - £24,732.36
- Pay Range: GLF Specialist Point 1 - 4
- Hours: 37.25hrs Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 08:15 – 16:00 & Tuesday 08:15 – 17:00 (Term time 39 weeks)
