The Customer Service Advisor Role

  • Respond to customer enquiries received by telephone, email, social media and by post
  • Be involved in a wide variety of day to day jobs - including assisting with all aspects of internet orders
  • Resolve customer queries and escape where necessary
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner when dealing with customers
  • Follow and maintain company policies and procedures
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

The Customer Service Advisor Essentials

  • Customer service experience gained in a similar and ideally multi-sited organisation
  • A working knowledge of e-commerce and sales
  • Accurate data entry and confident keyboard skills
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
  • An ability to work hands on in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines
