The Customer Service Advisor Role
- Respond to customer enquiries received by telephone, email, social media and by post
- Be involved in a wide variety of day to day jobs - including assisting with all aspects of internet orders
- Resolve customer queries and escape where necessary
- Confident and friendly telephone manner when dealing with customers
- Follow and maintain company policies and procedures
- Good verbal and written communication skills
The Customer Service Advisor Essentials
- Customer service experience gained in a similar and ideally multi-sited organisation
- A working knowledge of e-commerce and sales
- Accurate data entry and confident keyboard skills
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
- An ability to work hands on in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines
