The Creative Ecommerce Specialist Role:

  • Create engaging visual and written content for our website and associated digital marketing channels.
  • Develop and optimize creative content for ecommerce platforms (product pages, banners, landing pages).
  • Assist in maximising online sales and driving traffic to the various ecommerce channels.
  • Assist in product photography and photo retouching.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of our jewellery.
  • Carry out general day to day administrative duties.

The Creative Ecommerce Specialist Essentials:

  • Proven creative experience gained in a successful online retail business.
  • Excellent content writing and copyrighting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
  • An interest in and basic knowledge of photography and videography.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) plus the full Adobe suite.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment.
