Location: Chelmsford – 13 or half hour shifts (Saturday & Sunday)

The Retail Sales Advisor Role
- Work within Warren James policies, procedures and processes, contributing to shop and customer care to maximise sales and customer numbers.
- Create a welcoming environment and deliver one‑to‑one customer experiences.
- Support visual jewellery displays and a variety of day‑to‑day shop duties.
- Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery collections.
- Set a good example in every aspect of your role.
The Retail Sales Advisor Essentials
