Warren James is looking for a Retail Sales Advisor who loves jewellery, aims to drive sales and raise brand awareness. The company is committed to a delightful in-store shopping experience with face-to-face customer service.
About Warren James: a nationwide jewellery retailer with a strong high-street presence, operating from over 200 shops nationwide and online.
The Retail Sales Advisor Role
- Be part of a small team, helping to look after the shop and customers to maximise sales and customer numbers
- Create a welcoming environment and deliver great one-to-one customer experiences
- Engage in day-to-day tasks including visual jewellery displays
- Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery
- Set a good example in everything you do
The Retail Sales Advisor Essentials
- An ability to display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service
- Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance essential to reflecting our public image
