Position
Shop Deputy Manager (40 hours a week, Full time)
Responsibilities
- Operate within Warren James policies, procedures and processes, assist and be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of a designated shop and small team to maximise sales and customer numbers
- Create a welcoming environment and great one‑to‑one customer experiences
- Motivate and assist the team to reach their full potential
- Set a good example in everything you do
- Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery
Qualifications / Essentials
- Experience in retail management or hospitality
- Display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service
- Promote a smart and well‑groomed appearance essential in reflecting our company’s public image
- Have a necessity to love wearing Warren James jewellery
- Self‑motivated with good leadership and people skills
- Confident communicator with good organisational skills
- Attention to detail in everything you do
- Jewellery knowledge isn’t required as training is provided
