The Order Picker Role
- Accurately and efficiently identify and pick stock to fulfill customer orders.
- Work towards daily pick targets.
- Engage in various daily tasks including stock replenishment, quality control, stocktakes, and general duties.
- Follow and maintain company policies and procedures.
The Order Picker Essentials
- Have an enthusiastic and positive approach to work.
- Pay attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Be a team player and follow management instructions.

- 28 days holiday per year, increasing to 33 days after 5 years, including 8 Bank Holidays.
