The Order Picker Role

1. Accurately and efficiently identify and pick stock to fulfill customer orders.
2. Work towards daily pick targets.
3. Engage in various daily tasks including stock replenishment, quality control, stocktakes, and general duties.
4. Follow and maintain company policies and procedures.

The Order Picker Essentials

1. Have an enthusiastic and positive approach to work.
2. Pay attention to detail in all tasks.
3. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
4. Be a team player and follow management instructions.

1. Full-time contracts.
2. 28 days holiday per year, increasing to 33 days after 5 years, including 8 Bank Holidays.
