The UX/UI Ecommerce Specialist Role:
- Deliver a seamless ecommerce experience that represents our much-loved brand whilst maximising sales.
- Drive continuous UX and UI design and optimisation to improve conversion, average order value, repeat purchase and organic traffic growth.
- Lead UX research and use feedback, data and testing to identify friction and unlock revenue growth across our customer journey.
- Stay current with UX/UI best practices, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, ensuring we remain innovative and relevant for our customers.
- Optimise discoverability, indexability, on-page performance and all SEO.
- Own the end-to-end UI design process from concept development through to implementation, testing, and ongoing refinement.
The UX/UI Ecommerce Specialist Essentials:
- Proven UX/UI and CRO experience gained in a successful online retail business.
- Receptive to feedback, with the ability to incorporate it into design iterations and identify UX challenges while proposing creative, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, including GA, to make informed design decisions and improve usability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complication into simple, elegant solutions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment.
The Benefits:
