Overview
HR Advisor – 40 hours. Based at our Head Office in Stockport. Permanent full-time contract, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
The HR Advisor Role
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff at our shops and Head Office
- Provide timely and appropriate advice and guidance with regards to disciplinary, grievance, absence management and employee welfare
- Conduct both formal and informal meetings by telephone, video call or in person
- Follow and maintain company policies and procedures
- Carry out day to day HR administrative duties
The HR Advisor Role Essentials
- HR experience gained in a similar environment and ideally a multi-sited organisation
- A good knowledge and use of employment law and HR processes
- Ability to communicate clearly and articulately both verbally and in writing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident keyboard skills
- Ability to work hands on in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Organised with a competence to prioritise own workload
- Occasional travel will be required
