Warren James is on the lookout for a Shop Deputy Manager - someone who loves wearing and promoting our jewellery with a desire to drive sales and increase our brand awareness.

The Retail Deputy Manager Role:

  • Operating within Warren James policies, procedures and processes, assist and be responsible for the day to day operations of a designated shop and small team to maximise sales and customer numbers.
  • Create a welcoming environment & great one to one customer experiences.
  • Motivate and assist the team to reach their full potential.
  • Set a good example in everything you do.
  • Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery.

The Retail Deputy Manager Essentials:

  • Experience in retail management or hospitality.
  • An ability to display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
  • Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance essential in reflecting our company’s public image.
  • A necessity to love wearing Warren James jewellery.
  • Self-motivated with good leadership and people skills.
  • Confident communicator with good organisational skills.

  • Jewellery knowledge isn’t required as training is provided.

The Benefits:

  • Full time contract.
  • 28 days holiday a year and after 5 years you'll receive 33 days a year (including 8 Bank Holidays).
