Warren House Vets is seeking a highly experienced and confident Clinical Director to become a key part of our team. This role is ideal for a veterinary surgeon with 10+ years of experience who is fully comfortable managing both routine procedures and emergency cases independently, and who is ready to take on a central role in shaping the future of the practice. We are also developing new sub‑clinics in conjunction with our Vetemis Referrals, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who is forward‑thinking, creative and organisationally strong, and who wants to be involved in building and evolving services.
The Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will lead the team, maintain high clinical standards and contribute to the continued growth and direction of the practice and associated clinics. You should be confident in decision‑making, capable under pressure, and motivated to help drive innovation.
More About the Practice
- Progressive practice owned and led by senior vet and NHS surgeon
- Primary care (Warren House) and endoscopy/laparoscopy referrals (Vetemis)
- State‑of‑the‑art theatre premises, including fully integrated laparoscopic and orthopaedic theatres, advanced anaesthesia equipment and setup
What We’re Looking For
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with 10+ years of experience
- Confident handling all routine and emergency cases
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to work independently
- A creative and proactive mindset with interest in developing new services and clinics
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills
- Ability to support, mentor and collaborate within the team
- Advanced certificates, special interests or additional expertise highly desirable
- Prior experience in management and leadership
