We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager (Sales and Lettings) to oversee daily operations and drive business growth within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and will have a varied role whilst maintaining high levels of customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a branch towards achieving its objectives while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. Strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and proficiency with CRM software are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including sales, lettings, and property management.
- Conduct property valuations for both sales and lettings.
- Create property listings including photos and floorplans.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the branch's market share and optimise operational efficiency.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and community partners to enhance brand reputation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
Pay: £30,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
