Working directly with independent labels, artists and distributors to offer exclusive music and merchandise. We are looking for an Online Record Store Manager to take ownership for the future success of Bleep by leading the next phase of its growth as both a retail and cultural destination. This role combines responsibility for music curation, marketing and brand development. The focus is on strengthening Bleep’s identity, expanding its reach, and driving commercial performance. You’ll collaborate with labels, artists, and distributors, and lead a small team, working across catalogue, product and marketing strategy. The role requires a balance of editorial judgement and commercial focus, with decisions informed by both taste and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the editorial direction of Bleep as a trusted destination for music discovery.
- Oversee catalogue, curation, and product priorities.
- Lead marketing strategy and performance across all channels.
