We are seeking a commercially astute Brand / Account Executive to support and help grow key FMCG accounts and brands. This role plays a critical part in delivering commercial plans, driving insight‑led decisions, and ensuring strong execution across customers and channels.
Responsibilities- Support the delivery of business plans across key retail customers
- Own day‑to‑day account management activities, acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Develop customer presentations, range reviews, and promotional proposals
- Track pricing, promotions, and competitor activity, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Analyse sales and market data to provide clear insights and recommendations
- Monitor brand and customer KPIs including distribution, rate of sale, margin, and promotional ROI
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and volume planning
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure commercial plans are delivered effectively
- Support new product launches, line extensions, and other activities
- Ensure accuracy across forecasts, pricing, and customer data
- Around 3 years experience in a commercial, sales, brand, or account role within FMCG, retail, or a consumer‑led business
- Proven experience working with retailers or distributors
- Strong analytical capability
- Commercially confident, with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions
- Well organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Flexible and effective negotiating skills
