We are seeking a Criminal Defence Lawyer to join our team. Our firm represents privately funded clients facing a wide spectrum of allegations, ranging from minor matters to the most serious offences.
The role offers exposure to a diverse caseload covering both criminal and regulatory law. Ideally, candidates will have experience or a strong interest in areas such as wildlife law, firearms matters, animal welfare, environmental offences, farming, and country sports. However, we also welcome applications from candidates with a solid general criminal law background who are keen to develop specialist expertise.
In this role, you will advise and represent clients at all stages of investigation and prosecution. You will also have the opportunity to work on firearms licensing matters, including appeals.
