We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team in Tonbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years PQE to take the next step in their career within a supportive and well-regarded firm. For the right candidate, this role offers excellent career prospects as well as an opportunity to work closely with key clients and the Team Leader/Head of Department.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending, and development projects. You will be working with a broad range of clients including developers, investors, and businesses, with support from an experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a wide range of commercial property transactions
• Providing clear, commercially-focused advice to clients
• Supporting senior team members on more complex matters
• Actively participating in business development and client relationship management

About You:

• 4+ years PQE in commercial property
• Ambitious – looking to progress your career
• Ideally you will have gained experience of supervising more junior lawyers
• Strong technical knowledge with a proactive and client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Keen to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm
