An opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Sales Negotiator in our fast-growing estate agency team.
The role will involve:
- Ensuring that clients and applicants are treated in a friendly professional manner;
- Qualifying potential buyers and arranging viewings;
- Following up viewings to obtain feedback from buyers and updating selling clients;
- Handling closing dates and negotiating offers;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new-build developers and corporate clients;
- Promoting Warners’ services to potential clients;
- Generating leads for affiliate services.
The successful applicant will:
- Deliver first-rate customer service;
- Be well-organised and attentive to detail;
- Have a high standard of oral and written communication;
- Be IT literate and familiar with MS Office software;
- Work well in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrate an understanding of relevant sections of the Law Society of Scotland.
Previous experience of property sales negotiation is essential, and a background in customer services and sales is beneficial
