Your New Role Are you ready to step into the heart of post‑production magic at Warner Bros. De Lane Lea? Based at our iconic Soho hub, De Lane Lea is home to industry‑leading sound and picture post‑production, Dailies services, and an incredible suite of facilities. In this role, you’ll be right at the centre—helping acquire, schedule, and book our facility spaces, equipment, and brilliant teams, ensuring productions run seamlessly and our clients receive the exceptional service we’re known for. Your Role Accountabilities:

  • Scheduling and billing of ADR and cutting room bookings
  • Supporting the Director of Post Production and Post Producers with bookings and scheduling
  • Ensuring the client database (including billing details) is up to date and accurate
  • Confirming bookings with Purchase Orders
  • Assisting with client liaison
  • Liaising with the accounts team to ask for the clients’ billing; assisting in putting together the billing packs for the finance department
  • Inputting data into scheduling systems—pencil bookings, purchase order details, booking changes, studio and timesheet information, and all other necessary billing data
  • Working in conjunction with the Dispatch/Reception Coordinator to schedule runners and runner cover

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create an immediate rapport with a range of contacts
  • Ability to understand client needs and priorities by questioning in a diplomatic manner
  • Good general knowledge of production and post‑production techniques, or a background that would enable the post holder to develop such knowledge rapidly
  • Computer‑literate and experienced in using computer packages
  • Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, Health and Safety, and their impact on staff

Onsite Working – This role is advertised as onsite, meaning all working hours and days will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD/your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where it is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
