The Associate Producer for CNN Global Productions (Events) is an exciting new editorial role supporting the production of live, virtual, and hybrid events. Working alongside a larger production team, the Associate Producer will help create editorially sound, visually compelling, and commercially successful events and content that reflect CNN's global brand. Involved at all stages of production, this role offers the opportunity to help shape event coverage and contribute to the development of CNN's distinctive storytelling platform.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Produce a range of long- and short-form multiplatform content for and from CNN live events, ensuring quality, timeliness, and editorial integrity.
  • Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and programming teams to align events with sponsorship goals and audience needs.
  • Support the production team on event logistics, production timelines, and content ideation.
  • Work closely with talent, partners, and vendors to deliver seamless, professional experiences.
  • Contribute to the ideation and pitching of new event concepts with strategic and creative leads.
  • Drive content production in coordination with digital and social teams.
  • Ensure all events meet CNN's editorial standards and reflect its global perspective.

Qualifications & Experiences...

You are a creative content producer with an interest in editorial live events, digital storytelling, and broadcast production. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, take initiative, and enjoy working as part of a team. You bring editorial savvy, creative vision, and professionalism to every stage of the event lifecycle.

This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in‑office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
