Overview:
We are partnering with a fast-growing advisory firm building a new Transaction Services team in London. They are hiring across all levels, from Associate to Director. This is a unique chance to join early and help shape the team. The role offers a broader scope than a traditional transaction services role, with close collaboration across wider corporate finance activities.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with real influence from day one, gaining exposure to a broader range of corporate finance work beyond standard TS engagements. The firm offers a clear progression path within an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment, combined with a flexible hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) across various sectors
- Identify key deal issues, financial risks, and value drivers for clients
- Support SPA advisory and deal structuring input
- Work closely with corporate finance and M&A teams on live transactions
- Contribute to financial modelling, valuations, and commercial analysis
- Participate in business development, including pitches and proposals (senior levels)
- Mentor and support junior team members (Manager level and above)
Candidate Profile:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (essential)
- Transaction Services experience within advisory or accountancy firms
- Exposure to broader corporate finance work is advantageous
- Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
