We are partnering with a fast-growing advisory firm building a new Transaction Services team in London. They are hiring across all levels, from Associate to Director. This is a unique chance to join early and help shape the team. The role offers a broader scope than a traditional transaction services role, with close collaboration across wider corporate finance activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with real influence from day one, gaining exposure to a broader range of corporate finance work beyond standard TS engagements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) across various sectors
  • Identify key deal issues, financial risks, and value drivers for clients
  • Support SPA advisory and deal structuring input
  • Work closely with corporate finance and M&A teams on live transactions
  • Contribute to financial modelling, valuations, and commercial analysis
  • Participate in business development, including pitches and proposals (senior levels)
  • Mentor and support junior team members (Manager level and above)
Candidate Profile:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (essential)
  • Transaction Services experience within advisory or accountancy firms
  • Exposure to broader corporate finance work is advantageous
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
