An ambitious, private-equity backed advisory firm is seeking a Transaction Services Manager to join their growing London team. With strong backing from institutional investors and a dynamic pipeline of UK and cross-border work, the organisation combines boutique agility with sophisticated, high-value corporate development exposure.
This role offers significant involvement in sell-side and buy-side due diligence, financial modelling, quality of earnings analyses, and strategic commercial reviews across multiple sectors. In addition to traditional TS engagements, you will support corporate development initiatives including carve-out assessments, post-acquisition performance support and strategic investment reviews.
Key Responsibilities- Lead FDD projects across mid-market PE transactions.
- Lead financial analysis, working capital assessments and valuation support.
- Develop complex financial models and transaction deliverables.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Build strong client relationships and coordinate with deal teams.
- Support corporate development and strategic commercial evaluation workstreams.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong academic credentials.
