This is a unique opportunity as the role can be tailored to suit your strengths. The firm is keen to speak with Partners who enjoy leading and delivering complex restructuring engagements alongside business development, as well as those who are primarily focused on originating new work and building client relationships.
The team advises corporates, boards, shareholders, private equity sponsors and lenders on complex financial and operational restructuring situations across the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record at Partner or Director level within a leading restructuring advisory practice.
- Strong experience advising on financial and operational restructuring engagements.
- An established network across corporates, lenders, private equity and other key stakeholders.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to win and develop client relationships.
- ACA or an equivalent professional qualification.
