I'm currently working with a leading global advisory firm that is looking to appoint a Manager to its growing Restructuring & Turnaround team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected practice advising corporates, lenders, private equity sponsors and other stakeholders on complex restructuring, turnaround and distressed situations. The team works across company side advisory, creditor advisory and contingency planning on a wide range of UK and international assignments.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver restructuring and turnaround engagements from initial assessment through to implementation.
- Build and review short term cash flow models, financial forecasts and business plans.
- Support liquidity reviews, refinancing, contingency planning and balance sheet restructurings.
- Work closely with clients, lenders, investors and other key stakeholders.
- Manage workstreams and mentor junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will:
- Be currently operating at Manager level.
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Have between 3 and 7 years' post qualified experience.
- Have gained restructuring experience within advisory, consulting, banking, private equity or industry.
- Possess strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Have experience of cash flow forecasting, independent business reviews, turnaround, restructuring and distressed situations.
- Be an excellent communicator with strong client facing skills.
