A growing deal advisory firm is looking to hire at Manager-grade into its London office. This is a key hire within a fast-growing deals practice, supporting private equity and corporate clients across the full transaction life-cycle as they focus on driving operational performance.
You will join a small, high-impact team that plays a central role within their M&A and deals offering. The team works on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as post-deal and transformation engagements, helping management teams convert strategic priorities into measurable value.
The Role
You will lead the delivery of integration and separation engagements, supporting clients through planning, execution and post-deal implementation activities. Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of key workstreams, helping clients understand the operational, financial and organisational challenges associated with combining or separating businesses. The role combines analytical problem solving, stakeholder management and hands-on delivery, requiring the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
Alongside client delivery, you will contribute to the continued growth of the practice through business development, proposition development and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration and separation engagements across the transaction lifecycle.
- Assess operational and financial implications associated with business integrations, carve-outs and separations.
