Position Overview:

The firm is currently seeking a Consultant with a minimum of three years' experience in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements to join their London office. The successful candidate will work on high-impact CDD projects, delivering in-depth market analysis, competitive landscape insights, and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the execution of Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements, including market analysis, competitor assessments, and strategic evaluations of client opportunities.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on industry trends, market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
  • Synthesize complex data and present findings in a clear, structured, and actionable manner to clients.
  • Work alongside senior consultants and partners to develop tailored recommendations based on research and analysis.
  • Support the creation of client-facing deliverables, including reports, presentations, and proposals, ensuring high-quality, compelling content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive the firm’s expansion, contributing to business development activities and identifying new client opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them develop their skills and contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • At least three years' experience in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements, with a proven ability to conduct rigorous market and competitive analysis.
