We are supporting a global strategy consultancy focused on commercial due diligence and value creation, as they continue to invest in their London team. The firm works closely with private equity investors and corporates, delivering high-impact projects across TMT, healthcare, consumer, business services and industrials, with a clear focus on commercial insight and investment decision support.
This is a Manager-level position with responsibility for leading engagements end-to-end in fast-paced, transaction environments. You will be expected to:
- Lead commercial due diligence (CDD) engagements from start to finish, owning delivery and client interaction
- Manage project teams, ensuring quality of analysis and timely execution
- Conduct and oversee market assessments, competitor analysis and growth modelling
- Develop clear, commercially grounded recommendations for investors
- Present findings directly to clients, including senior stakeholders and deal teams
- Contribute to business development and proposal work
Projects are typically short-cycle and high-intensity, requiring strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
