The team advises both companies and creditors on a wide range of situations. Work includes turnaround support, options reviews, contingency planning and accelerated M&A, as well as formal insolvency processes and expert witness roles. It's varied, often fast paced, and offers plenty of scope to learn.

What you'll be doing

Managing your own portfolio of assignments, from options analysis and cash flow reviews through to insolvency cases
Leading workstreams or full projects, depending on level, with oversight from Directors and Partners
Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, often in challenging and time sensitive situations
Producing clear, well structured reports and recommendations, balancing commercial insight with technical rigour
Supporting and coaching junior colleagues, helping them develop their careers while delivering excellent work
Contributing to business development, whether that's supporting on pitches, attending market events or growing your own network
What we're looking for

ACA or ACCA qualified (additional insolvency qualifications such as CPI or JIEB would be a plus)
Solid experience in restructuring and insolvency, ideally with exposure to both advisory and formal work
A confident communicator who can manage demanding stakeholders and explain complex issues clearly
Proven ability to manage projects, budgets and deadlines, with a pragmatic and solutions focused approach
For the Senior Manager role in particular, evidence of leading teams and supporting business development activities
Why this role
