Job Description
We are supporting a global advisory firm in the confidential search for a Director to join its Value Creation team, with a dedicated focus on the Media sector.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team at a pivotal time of growth. The successful individual will play a leading role in delivering end-to-end strategic and transaction-related advisory work to major corporates, private equity clients, and high-growth businesses. The team works on a wide range of engagements, including Commercial Due Diligence, M&A Strategy, Value Creation, Growth Strategy, and Enterprise-wide Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Take a leadership role in delivering complex strategy projects across the Media sector, particularly in the context of transactions and value creation.
- Lead on business development efforts by originating new client opportunities and maintaining senior relationships across corporates and private equity.
- Guide teams in delivering structured and insightful analysis, ensuring client-ready outputs of the highest standard.

- A deep understanding of the Media sector's key value drivers, business models, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead structured, data-driven analysis.
- A proven ability to originate and convert new business, leveraging a relevant client network.
