We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our client's Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of transformative deals in one of the most innovative and rapidly evolving sectors. You will lead complex transactions, advise global clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic M&A solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions within the healthcare and life sciences sectors, including buy-side and sell-side mandates.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with C-suite executives, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
- Conduct strategic assessments, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tax, legal, regulatory) and external advisors to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to provide thought leadership and strategic insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or strategy consulting, with a strong focus on healthcare and/or life sciences.
- Proven track record of leading complex transactions and managing client relationships.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a collaborative mindset.
