We are partnering with a growing, independent corporate finance advisory firm looking to appoint an experienced M&A Partner to play a key role in building and scaling its Healthcare practice. This is a senior leadership opportunity within an entrepreneurial, partner-led environment, offering the platform, autonomy, and support to develop a high-performing sector vertical.

The Opportunity

  • Lead the origination and execution of mid-market M&A transactions across the Healthcare sector (healthcare services, pharma services, medtech, life sciences, etc.)
  • Take ownership of business development, leveraging your network to generate sustainable deal flow
  • Work closely with the wider partnership to expand sector coverage and deepen client relationships
  • Play a central role in shaping the firm’s growth strategy, particularly within Healthcare
  • Build and mentor a team, contributing to the development of junior and mid-level talent
  • Operate within a collaborative culture that combines Big 4 calibre expertise with boutique agility

Candidate Profile

  • Established track record in lead advisory M&A, gained within a Big 4, leading mid-market advisory firm, or specialist corporate finance boutique
  • Deep sector expertise in Healthcare, with strong market credibility and a well-developed network
  • Demonstrable success in originating, leading, and closing transactions end-to-end
  • Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to growing a practice
  • Ability to contribute at a strategic level while remaining hands-on in execution
  • Existing portable revenue or clear visibility on deal pipeline is highly advantageous
