Job Description
This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior position without the pressure to bring an existing book of business – ideal for candidates who want to focus on executing deals, managing clients, and leading project teams in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions (sell-side and buy-side)
- Manage day-to-day deal processes including valuations, financial modelling, due diligence and negotiations
- Support clients through strategic decisions and transaction milestones
- Build strong, trusted relationships with entrepreneurial clients, investors, and counterparties
- Supervise and develop junior team members
Contribute to thought leadership, pitch development, and wider business growth initiatives
Desirables:
- Strong experience in M&A advisory (sell-side preferred), ideally gained within a boutique environment
- Solid track record of transaction execution, ideally within the TMT space or adjacent sectors
