Our client, a prestigious global consulting firm, is growing its London Valuations team and is seeking RICS-qualified Valuation Surveyors with solid experience in property valuations. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects across multiple sectors, delivering valuations for tax, accounting (PPA), restructuring, corporate finance, and other commercial purposes.

You’ll take ownership of full projects or key components, ensuring they’re completed to the highest standard and delivered on time to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply firm-wide risk management and client take-on procedures across all assignments.
  • Use valuation databases such as CoStar to source and analyse market data.
  • Conduct thorough research on comparable transactions.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and client presentations.
  • Liaise directly with clients to gather and verify key information.
  • Deliver valuations for tax, PPA, restructuring, and corporate finance purposes.
  • Support business development and marketing efforts with existing and new clients.
  • Provide real estate advice to a wide range of internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the firm at networking events and help build professional relationships.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified.
  • Relevant valuation experience, ideally gained within a top-tier advisory or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in valuation databases and Excel-based modelling.
  • Red Book valuation experience – highly desirable.
