We are working on behalf of a leading firm to recruit a Transaction Services Executive/ Assistant Manager to join their growing Corporate Finance team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with either 1+ year of Transaction Services experience or a strong background in data analytics looking to develop within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting M&A transactions, performing financial due diligence, and using data analytics to deliver insights to clients. You will work alongside experienced professionals across the wider Corporate Finance team, gaining exposure to high-profile deals and strategic advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Conduct financial due diligence and detailed financial analysis
  • Use data analytics tools to enhance due diligence and reporting processes
  • Identify trends, risks, and value drivers through data-led insights
  • Contribute to client presentations and deal documentation

Candidate Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (preferred but not essential)
