A leading management consulting firm is seeking to hire a Manager to join its Commercial Due Diligence/Deals Advisory practice in the UK. This is a key hire within a growing team, supporting continued investment in transaction advisory capability and increased demand from corporate and private equity clients.

You will join a well-established consulting practice working on high-impact commercial due diligence, market assessment and growth strategy engagements across a wide range of sectors. The role provides exposure to complex transactions, senior stakeholders and fast-paced project environments.

The Role

As a Manager, you will play a central role in the delivery of commercial due diligence engagements, supporting clients through critical investment and strategic decisions. Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will take ownership of workstreams, manage project teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality, insight-driven outputs. Engagements are typically transaction-led, requiring a strong blend of analytical rigour, commercial judgement and clear communication. You will also periodically contribute to client relationships, proposal development and the ongoing growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of commercial due diligence and market strategy workstreams.
  • Develop and refine commercial hypotheses, market models and insights.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and feedback.
