Overview

I am currently partnering with a leading global insurance organisation to hire an experienced forensic accounting professional into a highly visible in‑house role. This opportunity will focus on managing large and complex damages and business interruption claims for major commercial and multinational clients.

Responsibilities

  • Leading complex business interruption and damages claims from initial incident through to settlement
  • Advising clients on mitigation strategies, reinstatement and operational recovery
  • Working closely with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers and legal advisers
  • Preparing and reviewing claim quantification, cash flow analysis and supporting documentation
  • Managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Supporting pre-loss assessments and broader client advisory work
  • Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the wider practice

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly keen to speak with forensic accountants with dispute valuation experience who have also worked on claim valuations, as well as accountants currently working within in‑house insurance claims teams or specialist insurance claims forensic accounting practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience within forensic accounting, claims, disputes or loss adjusting
  • Business interruption and claims knowledge
  • Excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously
  • The confidence to operate independently within a client advisory environment
