We are partnering with a growing and highly respected advisory firm seeking an ambitious ACA-qualified candidate to join its expanding Transaction Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to transition away from audit and build a career across both Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Valuations, gaining exposure to a broad range of M&A transactions and strategic advisory assignments.

Working alongside experienced deal professionals, you will support private equity, corporate and entrepreneurial clients through acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and strategic decision-making processes.

The Role

  • Supporting buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence assignments.
  • Analysing financial performance, working capital, cash flow and key business drivers.
  • Assisting with the preparation of due diligence reports for corporate and private equity clients.
  • Building and reviewing financial models.
  • Supporting business valuations for transactions, tax, accounting and strategic purposes.
  • Conducting industry and market research to support valuation and transaction assignments.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining direct client exposure from an early stage.

About You

  • ACA qualification (or equivalent) obtained within a Big 4 environment.
  • 0-3 years' post-qualified experience.
  • Strong grounding in audit, ideally with exposure to larger corporate or mid-market clients.
  • A genuine interest in M&A, Deals and Valuations.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset and desire to build a career in advisory.
  • Prior exposure to Transactions Services, Corporate Finance or Valuations is advantageous but not essential.
