Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst and Manager to lead complex cases within their Disputes practice. This senior role sits at the center of our litigation, arbitration, and regulatory work. You will direct high‑stakes investigations, manage teams, and work closely with counsel and leadership to deliver fact development that meets evidentiary and strategic standards.
This is a hands‑on position suited to an experienced investigator who thrives under pressure, balances strategic oversight with detailed execution, and communicates effectively with legal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high‑profile disputes involving litigation, arbitration, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations.
- Develop tailored strategies aligned with legal timelines and client objectives.
- Direct source interviews, asset tracing, document reviews, and intelligence gathering.
- Produce client‑ready reports for law firms, general counsel, and arbitration panels.
- Apply and refine investigative tools such as source vetting, event chronologies, and evidentiary documentation.
