Director - Real Assets/Real Estate

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Director to lead their Real Estate Valuation service line within a dynamic Advisory team. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of valuation and advisory engagements, including support for audit-related work. You will lead and develop a team of junior surveyors, deliver high-quality client outcomes, and play a key role in business development initiatives. The role spans a range of real estate asset classes and valuation techniques, offering the chance to work across complex, high-profile projects alongside top-tier professionals in the sector. Lead the delivery of real estate valuation services for both advisory and audit support purposes Manage client portfolios with a focus on quality, risk, and commercial performance Extensive experience in corporate real estate, valuation, and capital markets Senior-level valuation experience within a professional services firm, ideally audit-aligned Proficiency in a variety of valuation techniques across multiple asset classes Strong risk and commercial management capability Our client offers a forward-thinking, agile working environment that values individuality and performance.
