Position Overview

This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a commercially driven professional with extensive CDD experience and the ability to generate fees. The Director will be responsible for leading high-impact Commercial Due Diligence engagements, building and maintaining client relationships, and actively contributing to business development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements, providing strategic insights and high-quality deliverables to clients.

  • Generate revenue by winning new mandates, expanding existing client relationships, and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of analytical rigour and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial assessments, providing actionable insights to clients.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm’s strategic direction and expansion plans.
